Graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental studies, a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnomusicology, and a Minor in Dance. Upon graduating, she moved to Rome to study Italian and social entrepreneurship. Besides having access to fresh mozzarella di Bufala every day, living in the Eternal city has given her the advantage of researching and experiencing firsthand sustainable tourism in Italy, with a focus on the Mezzogiorno.
A Seattle native, graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Design in Architecture, and a Minor in Spanish Studies. During her time at university she competed for the swim and dive team as a swimmer, culminating in serving her senior year as Captain. After college she set off for more adventures to work as an Au Pair in Bari, Italy and Cannes, France. Now they say that everyone who goes to Europe falls in love...and Elizabeth can attest that this is personally true. It is with this sentiment that she has begun this business, continuing the cycle of a reciprocally enriching love affair between person and place.
